Looking to get your hands dirty and experience life on a working ranch? Liberty Ranch offers opportunities for volunteers and ranch hands to become part of our team and take part in all aspects of ranch life across our 6,500+ acre property.
Whether you're interested in livestock care, land management, wildlife observation, or hospitality, we invite individuals who are eager to learn and willing to work hard to join us. Duties may include:
- Feeding and caring for cattle in our preconditioning program
- Assisting with rotational grazing and pasture management
- Helping maintain horse paddocks and supporting equine care
- Working on fencing, pens, and infrastructure projects
- Supporting wildlife habitat programs for deer and waterfowl
- Greeting guests, preparing cabins, and participating in agri-tourism experiences
- Helping with garden care and seasonal property needs
